Wherever possible, we’ve included registration links through the host group, but please note that not all of the events are open to the public. Charitable Healthcare Network’s Safety-Net Symposium: How to Improve Health Outcomes

Measurement Resources’ Sheri Chaney Jones will present “How to Improve Health Outcomes: Using Assessments to Better Understand Social Determinants of Health” during Charitable Healthcare Network’s 2023 Safety Net Symposium. The Symposium takes place from April 26-27, 2023, and Sheri’s session is scheduled for April 27, from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. (Eastern).
