On February 26th Measurement Resources Company (MRC) hosted their annual Social Impact party at Gateway Film Center, an independent film and visual arts exhibition venue located at 1550 North High Street in Columbus, Ohio.
This special event brought together leaders throughout the social sector, celebrating their work and the impact made in our communities this year. The evening was full of music, refreshments, and catching up with new and familiar faces. During the evening celebrations we took a moment to present our annual Impact Partner of the Year Award.
The Social Impact Award is presented to individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to data informed strategies and initiatives. This year we had the honor of presenting the award to the Families Flourish Team.
Families Flourish is a Central Ohio nonprofit committed to helping low‑wage working families achieve long-term stability, economic mobility, and overall well‑being. Through a three‑year comprehensive program, they provide a powerful combination of rental support, individualized life coaching, and monthly workshops focused on financial capability, health and wellness, career development, and family stability. Their approach helps families access safe, high‑opportunity neighborhoods with strong schools, and essential community resources, creating environments where both children and parents can thrive.
The Families Flourish’s pilot program demonstrated significant impact—participants increased their incomes by 58% (about $17,000 on average) and reported improvements in both mental and physical health—showing the program’s strong outcomes and lasting generational benefits.
As proud data partners with Families Flourish, we support their mission by helping them measure their impact, analyze key outcomes, and translate insights into stronger programs and future growth. Their commitment to evidence-based work—and our shared focus on using data to drive positive change—makes this partnership both meaningful and deeply aligned with our values.
