DESCRIPTION:Philanthropy Ohio’s Philanthropy Forward ’23 is scheduled for October 10 – 12\, 2023.   \n\n\n\nJoin Measurement Resources’ Charly Bauer for a session and site visit during Philanthropy Forward ’23\, Engaging Communities through Volunteerism. This interactive session and site visit will explore the transformative value of volunteer programs. This session will take place on October 11\, from 2:30-5:00 p.m. \n\n\n\nAn off-site panel discussion will introduce three volunteer program models to bridge generational\, racial and socioeconomic gaps. Each model helps foster a sense of belonging while doing good in their communities. Spend the remainder of your afternoon engaged in a service project\, assembling kits to support women living in permanent supportive housing at the YWCA Columbus. DESCRIPTION:Measurement Resources’ Sheri Chaney Jones will present “MEASURE IT! Prove Your DE&I Impact” during Philanthropy Ohio’s Philanthropy Forward ’21 virtual conference. Sheri’s session will take place on October 12\, from 2:15 to 2:45 pm (Eastern Time). The entire conference will go from October 11-15.\n\nAbout the Session:\nDiversity\, equity and inclusion goals are achieved faster when social sector leaders use data to communicate the effectiveness of these initiatives. Yet\, many foundations are not engaged in impact measurement practices. Leaders either are unsure how to successfully measure impact or perceive impact measurement will take too much time and money. In this presentation\, participants will learn the practical\, cost-effective\, and proven strategies required for successful diversity and inclusion impact measurement.
